"The staff was above and beyond, genuinely connecting to guests. Ravi, manager of food and beverage, was attentive, knowledgeable and so warm and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful on the inside. Serving staff Hridoy, Kistan and Myint were always warm and helpful. However the location in the busy highway was a big deterrent. It was noisy with motorcycles and very dangerous to cross. The hotel felt cut off from the rest of the local community. There is a serious need for an overpass to be built....

"Nice hotel, very strategically located. The restaurant has variety food to cater for all. Word of caution for the Biryani served at adjacent joint. The egg they give you is really bad."

"This propery owner/ incharge very nice and very humble, cooperative man, everything was clean, hot water, fan, kitchen items, clean rooms, bed and bed sheets were cleaned and very good environment. "It's an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, it's at 7-10 mins from Tanah Rata, if you are traveling by bus, it would be advised to stay at the Center, in this place you have to take taxi every time You want to go out. It has a Laundry downstairs, 7eleven and other services."
