"Great staff. Nice sized room. Clean. No hot water in the morning, was told to let it run for 15 minutes and contact them again. No time to wait around for that with an event starting at 7am!"

"The staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely furnished. I appreciated the lighted makeup mirror and the vanity area. It’s an excellent choice for a nice getaway."

"Front desk worker was nice and helpful. Housekeeping was no good, our blanket on the bed had dried blood on the top of it. I was given a replacement, but had to go downstairs and grab it myself, and they didn’t have extra covers. It was noted on the registration that there were four guests, which our room slept… but we only were given two towels. The shampoo and body wash bottles in our shower were bone dry, the couch bed had crumbs EVERYWHERE, and the extra sheets for it looked like they had been through it. No towels available in the pool area. I only saw one worker the entire weekend and it was SO busy. Also, the ceiling above (and I’m assuming below) the ice machines were not okay, stained and peeling from leaks. Overall disappointing, but not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in."

"They couldn’t find our reservation due to Expedia, there was someone else’s trash in our room when we got to our room, the room wasn’t the room I reserved, I asked for a bathtub and there was a dirty shower, the ice bucket had water in it from the previous guest. I will say the staff was very nice and offered us a free breakfast which was not worth the $18 we would’ve had to pay to eat there. "
