"Clean room, friendly staff."

"I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The first two nights were also very loud, which made it difficult to rest and relax. The staff communication and customer service were not professional, and several issues made the stay stressful instead of comfortable. One thing that stood out was when I asked for fresh towels, I was told I had to personally bring the old towels down to the front desk first, which felt very inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay. I expected better organization and respect toward guests. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and improves the overall experience."

"This hotel is my new favorite and I’ll be recommending it to all my friends! The lobby is very welcoming, the staff is super nice and the rooms are huge. Our big balcony felt like we were up in a treehouse, I loved it. The Hudson restaurant is in the hotel, the food was delicious, reasonably priced and their staff was great. I could live here!"

"~16 minute drive to PDX so that was nice. Complimentary breakfast was yummy. Easy parking. Location was prime due to a gas station being located in the parking lot. Big, cleanly rooms. "

"The rooms are nice and clean. Enjoy the fact they put multiple pillows on each bed. I also enjoy they still have microwaves in the rooms, as a lot of hotels are removing them. The breakfast is also always decent"
