"I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The first two nights were also very loud, which made it difficult to rest and relax. The staff communication and customer service were not professional, and several issues made the stay stressful instead of comfortable. One thing that stood out was when I asked for fresh towels, I was told I had to personally bring the old towels down to the front desk first, which felt very inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay. I expected better organization and respect toward guests. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and improves the overall experience."
