"I paid extra to stay in a supposedly safe hotel, but $500 cash of mine was missing after a walk in the morning. The staff took my phone number and said the manager would review the cameras and get back to me but it’s been 6 days and haven’t heard a thing. Unsafe"

"Short trip for a game and we stayed in the cozy suites. I liked that we didn’t have to go to a desk. Check in and entry were easy. It was comfortable and nice. Would use them again for the price. Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am but it was building wide, not the hosts fault"
