"The name of the area is apropos as you should breeze past it and not stay here. Room was a hot box, in Alaska of all places. I mentioned it to the desk and was told they would move us if the heat was broken. When I stated the heat was off yet it was stifling, they said they were full and couldn’t move us. Clerk said we should open the windows on the first floor unit. Returned for our second night and they didn’t clean the room. “What do you need?. They said they were short on help. NEVER...

"The room was clean and right up against the pier/marina. If you needed something, you would text the # that they provided you. They don't have onsite parking which is one reason why I took off a star. It's south of the property about 500'. It doesn't seem far but when you have to walk it, it's a jaunt. It is right behind the Kenai Fjords National Park Visitor Center. But when we stayed here, the visitors center wasn't open yet for the season. There's a decent breakfast place across the street...
