"Poor"

"No bureau for clothes. Blue wooden boxes on a silver grocery shelf. BIG fridge, little tiny counter, bathroom sink was also kitchen sink. No decent coffee in a.m....and there is no "breskfast included". A few snack machines that the person behind counter said, you dont want them, been there a long time. Toilet seat kept coming off, and shower was noy real clean...the "closet" consisted of a 3 sided wood frame with a cloth shower curtain. Mattress on a plywood frame that kept sliding back and forth. AND the toiletries they supply are shampoo, conditioner, face soap, shower gel....funny thingnis they are all the exact same product! That picture you have of the lobby must be AI because it sure doesnt look like the pic. Not at all as described....very disappointed."

"The staff was lovely and so accommodating. Definitely the best part of our stay."

"The building is dirty, including the room, hallways and entrances and exits. All of the furniture in my room with the exception of the bed had rips, tears, and stains. The walls in my room were dirty, including the doors and it really needs to be painted. I reserved a roll in shower with a pulldown showerhead, unfortunately, the showerhead did not work. Half of the bathroom flooded when I turned the shower on. The only good thing about the room was the TV which looked new and the bed which was comfortable."

"Room was spacious and super clean, beds wee comfy and staff were friendly and the breakfast was good enough. Given that I chose the hotel because it had a gym and good ratings I was really disappointed that all three treadmills were broken in different ways. The keycards to the hotel room just kept failing too. I had to get them to rescan them multiple times because they were losing magnetism….yet that rarely happens in other hotels. There is also no bar so nowhere to sit with my colleague to decompress so we had to walk up the road and find a place. "

"This hotel was clean, easy to navigate to, easy parking. Why I gave this hotel three out of five stars was because of how noisy the room was. Other guests conversations in their rooms, alarm clocks going off in other rooms can all be heard in your room. It seems like the sound barriers needed to be upgraded when being built. The one rooms alarm went off for so long that I think that it was unoccupied and two other people from other parts of the hotel were yelling get up turn your alarm off. This woke me out of my sleep. Obviously. Lol it was fine for our purposes but I would not stay here again due to that."
