"We were there to see the Harry Potter Immersive Experience at the new COSM complex and our hotel was only a 5 minute walk. I can't even begin to tell you how helpful and friendly the cleaners and staff were. The whole time we were their we kept talking about all the friendly people! We had dinner at the Top Draft Sports Lounge and I had the best smash burger that I've ever had!! So, great trip, great hotel!"

"The staff were amazing! It is the first hotel that I have stayed in that had no closet or dresser for my clothes. The walk- in shower had a rain shower in the middle of the shower. This is a problem if don’t get your hair wet everyday."
