"We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"

"for it being a motel, I would say that it was pretty decent did not like how long the staff members made me feel"

"Staff was AMAZING. Very kind, wonderful people! 10/10 on hospitality! However - beds were very firm.. too firm, and not comfortable. This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep. It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy. I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort."

"The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. They did move my room and then I had the sink issue. Overall the hotel is beautiful, No one ever...
