"Clean room, friendly staff, zero ssues, My family and I stay here whenever we visit Annapolis. We have also had a few family functions in their event rooms. "

"Room condition - while the room was clean it was not well maintained. Multiple holes in the walls, much smaller than typical HI hotels and we found a cell phone in between the mattress and box spring. Makes you wonder how often the bed skirt is changed "

"On this site and the hotel site there was no where to indicate that we would be bringing our dog. Upon check in I was told I was booked for the king bed I had requested but it was on the 3rd floor where pets were not allowed. Was told I needed to be on the 1st floor but no “king” rooms were available, only queen. I then asked for the difference of $20 and was told they couldn’t do that since I had pre-paid. Why not just hand me a $20. Total B/S ! "

"Food, drinks and staff were all awesome. They had good bikes to borrow and ride into town on if you wanted, “don’t worry about locking them, nobody will take them”. They also would drive you, and pick you up if you wanted a ride to town. Everything about the experience was 1st class. Room was very clean. Wait staff were all professional. Their gift shop was stocked with high quality items. Even the grounds keepers and maintenance staff were polite. They all treat you like royalty. St. Michael’s was absolutely beautiful."

"Valet parking is available. I received a bottle of wine as a gift, wow! The room is spacious but dark, there is no window to the outdoors. The window overlooks a closed-in courtyard that looks as it serves as events (weddings?) venue. "
