"I enjoyed my brief stay at the property. The check in process was unusual. I talked with the property manager via Ring and the place was unlocked. Also, I was initially unsure which room I would occupy. But everything got sorted out. The location is very, very close to the street, but the building, which apparently was constructed in 1810, was so well constructed that any noises from passing traffic could not be heard. "Williamstown is an extremely quiet town. Our room was right across from the ice cream parlor. It seems as if the rest of the town closes on Sunday - Wednesday. Not much shopping could be done. As for the room, very clean. However, no access to outside unless you are leaving. No balcony or porch to hang out on. We got a little antsy for 3 nights with the town being practically "closed down" (sun-wed). Overall, a good place for the price. The staff is extremely accomodating. The room was...

"i stayed in this cabin to enjoy hiking in the gorge. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for the term of my stay. Checking in and out was very convenient. Communication with the host was very accommodating. It was a bit of a drive each day to and from my hiking destinations but i would not necessarily allow that to hinder my decision to return to this cabin in the future."

"Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost "
