"Young man who checked us in was unbelievable, great at his job. Food trucks availability was unique and smart. Shuttle and knowledge of airport workings the best. Only downfall was the fire alarm went off for a small fire which was put out. The man at counter checked rooms and on us. He remembered I build, I told him the fire alarm panel was in silence and arrest mode. It will go off again it did. As we checked out the person who was trying to fix and reset panel showed-up 7 hours later and no...

"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

"The property was well maintained Our room was clean and well stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable ,towels coffee , kitchen utensils refrigerator was large we were very happy with our stay. The pools and grounds were beautiful the management was very good at making our needs were met. We would recommend anyone wanting to stay in a resort to go there"

"Pros: The beach is gorgeous and just a step from the hotel. The hotel is clean and the people are nice. Cons: The room need to be upgraded. It's a bit outdated, the drawers seems been used for many years. The top on my list is the resort fee charged $45.00/day plus parking fee $40.00, on top of these daily fees, they taxed it - I think almost 4 type of taxes. Wow, pushing tourist away."
