"Booked the hotel in order to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. On arrival was advised the restaurant was closed for dinner in the evening, not indicated on the website or hotel listing. Had a young male at the reception that refused to accept parking was provided as a VIP member. Asked to pay up front payment to park at the hotel. When I tried to explain the parking was included and showed him the booking he was very rude, tried to push me away from the reception when I tried to highlight it on his computer screen, and stated "keep away from the screen mate" !!! and did not believe me even though it was clearly indicated in the booking. Frankly very unprofessional. I requested the matter be referred to whoever was managing the property, which was later resolved via a call from the manager. However the worse thing was I clearly requested a 'quite room' away from any noise and was placed in room 501 which is next to what I assume to be the hotel main A/C unit as there was a loud humming / machinery noise that kept myself and my wife awake all night. Not something anyone would want after a 7 hour drive. Not impressed and would not stay there again so I cant recommend the hotel. "
