Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I liked the traditional look and feel of the property, and the helpful staff. I disliked the fact that additional fees at the hotel could not be charged to the room (for which I paid by credit card) and added to the credit card charge, but had to be paid in cash in Indonesian currency, which created a difficult problem at the end of the stay.
