Private beach was beautiful, not overcrowded during our stay. Pool looked nice but didn’t use it during out time as we were on the beach more so. Was nice there was games to play and activities to do. Wish there was a fire pit and a grill to use on the property. You pay a “resort fee” for each day you stay, so I feel more things should be included on site. Also wished that our room would’ve gotten cleaned and new towels during our stay. We had to ask multiple times for 2 days straight for a housekeeper, when you spend what you do here it would be nice for the room/fresh towels to be up-kept. It is a little more pricey down here for stays but this was the more “affordable” in the key area. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend for a weekend stay!

Pool was dirty, cloudy had debris and never saw anyone cleaning it. I even complained to front desk. Had to chase down maids for toilet paper, clean towels. Requested they clean room and change sheets when we were gone for the day, came back and nothing was done. We were there for 9 days and terrible service. Elevator went down and they didn’t even put a notice on it. We were on the third floor and my husband is disabled so I called the office and they said because it was a weekend they couldn’t get it repaired until Monday, I requested they move us to a ground floor and they refused. I finally had to site the ADA federal laws. It was fixed that night but they never notified us. This place is run down and all I ever heard was that employees were quitting and they didn’t have enough help. For what we paid for this place I was very disappointed and I wouldn’t even give it one star

Rooms are basic but clean. Property has many amenities, pool, small private beach, dock and areas to sit in relax and enjoy the beautiful view. There are paddle boards, kayaks available as well. TJ in reception is a gem, was very helpful.

Very basic room, old property but the lady at front desk, beach ,adjusted bar and restaurant are really great. it was too expensive for the value, but i guess its the timing (february)

We enjoyed this property. We were able to enjoy the bikes, pool, and paddle boards. The room and bed were comfortable. We would recommend this property.

Terrible maid service. Never made beds. No towels brought to room. Elevator broke for 4 days. To top it off after 1st night they brought towels and took our dirty laundry and thru it away. They said they would reimburse us 2 night resort fee. They should have reimbursed all 8 nights of resort fees. Would not recommend because of lack of employees. I don’t know if ICE had scared help away but that is my guess

The room was clean, but we had a problem with the hot water at the sink... no pressure. They had a plumber come to repair the plumbing. We're surprised it hadn't been reported by a previous guest. Even though outside temps were cool, the room was often damp and stuffy. We had to run the A/C or fan constantly. Unfortunately, it was too cold for the pool. The highlight here is the office staff and their coffee machine. Location is convenient. The elevator was broken at one point, which was inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Snooks is next door, which is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat or take out.

The room was good. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool was nice when there weren’t too many people (little kids) in it at the same time. The elevator was out most of the time we were there. The staff was affected by this since we were on the third floor. We got fresh towels once then had to ask for some more after the weekend. Outdoor spaces were ok but some people used the beach at bayside for a toilet so on a couple of days it smelled like sewer. We would return to this place but would ask for a lower floor.

the room was dirty-there were roaches and mice scurrying around and their droppings and when we went to complain there was no one at the desk. Much less important but still matters is the bed was very uncomfortable as it was very HARD for our backs--my husband said like sleeping on a concrete block.

The rooms need a little TLC and sme maint. But the staff is Great. The location is Great. Parking was good. Will definetly be back some day.
