Hotel Murah di Key Royale

"The cleaning staff doesn’t speak any English and have a hard time helping… so they just kind of ignore you. Seems like they should at least be kind or respectful. Maybe learn to say good morning or something. Had a fire alarm… guy just said he was going to disconnect all of em until he got it figured out. Not a good feeling. The breakfast staff was outstanding!! We did enjoy our stay. Just a little heads up on things you guys could improve"

"This is my third day at the property. We had a little hiccup at the beginning of our trip, but was corrected. We had an upgraded room that was very beautiful."

"Clean Room, nice pool and beach, good breakfast. Complimentary parking a plus and parking staff were great."

"Our only issue was that our room wasn’t cleaned until the second to the last day we were do to leave. I had spoken to a housekeeper during the middle of the week, who was at the room next door. I asked if she was stopping at our room next. She appeared to have said yes but no one showed. Later that day I saw housekeeping and just asked for clean linens and she obliged. Other than that, staff was awesome and we definitely will visit again."

"En mi opinión no es muy barato que digamos el hotel para que sus áreas exteriores estén tan descuidadas el estanque apestaba a caca de pato la piscina y el Jacusi el piso todo feo y sucio por el tiempo , la bañadera de la habitación acumulada toda el agua y terminabas bañándote en un charco de jabón y suciedad el personal si muy atento pero deberían tomar en cuenta pasarle la mano a las áreas del hotel"

"This is my second time here and it is getting worse, you have to pay for the umbrela and the chair separately and they are 18 dollar each the pool is smaller and it was full, there was not easy to find a parking late at night."

"They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent."

"Very clean and staff was very nice. They don’t clean rooms daily or at all during your stay which wasn’t a big deal for me because I like to clean my own stuff. You sit dirty towels outside and they bring new ones and there’s a garbage chute for you to empty your trash. If you’re looking for a nightlife hotel this isn’t the place for you. Bar closes very early around 8pm. Great location, room is probably the best on the strip I had found. Looks just like the pictures. Wouldn’t plan on anyone...
