"Property and staff were great. Paid parking on arrival was a disappointment when there isn't any other way to get there. I suspect the description had it buried somewhere but I didn't think I needed to look for it. Two dogs barked below us at 7:30 pm for 45 minutes before anyone did anything about them. There is no A/C, which is understandable in the mountains. So, windows were open. This was great until people started smoking outside by the pool and the room immediately smelled like smoke."

"It took over 2 hrs for our room to be ready but the staff did upgrade us and that was nice. One of the elevators was broken and that also provided some inconvenience. However, it’s a great spot and the upgraded room was nice. Roof deck bar is nice"
