"Very very clean like tip top! Smelled so good, staff was very friendly, security is very good too you need to use your room keys to work the elevator."

"1. Where's the Bacon? 2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans."

"This hotel was horrible, I flew in from Michigan to ne told that they were going to be moving a crane from the Harbour between 7am-1:00pm the week were there. Turns out that was a lie they were doing construction and according to the workers on the dock that was always the plan. The front desk staff everytime I complained said they don't know. That was just the beginning after being told there was going to be no refund. The room was nothing like the pictures. The dresser was falling apart and...
