The staff was extremely helpful and professional. It was a pleasure working with Salem, Emad, Shams, Albara, and Nasser. The gym is one of the best in the industry.

Good location. Quietness. The room was very dark with no window. The door opens directly on the bed. We were separated from our children (different floors) for the whole stay of 8 nights.

Very bad for the price. The room has no window, very late check-in at 5:00 PM! Even though we arrived at noon!! The bed is broken, and the mattress is uncomfortable.

Check in is at 2pm. I arrived 3:30pm and was told it would be an hour, the room was being cleaned. In reality it was 6pm before the room was ready, and it was not the room i booked. They promote themselves as 5 star, way off the mark. Unsure if this was one off, but i would go elsewhere.

جداً سيئه للأسف !! حمام لايوجد به ماء حار ؟ البانيو مكسور ؟؟؟ تم طلب تجهيزات عرسان وللاسف !! ماكانت حسب الاتفاق ابداً !! ستائر الغرفه لا تفتح ؟ تم الاتصال بالاستقبال واخبارهم بالبانيو والماء وعند ارسال المختص من قبلهم لم يصلحها بعذر انه لابد من تغيير قطعه كامله ولا يمكنه اصلاحها بالوقت الحالي ؟؟

ليست المره الاولى التي اسكن فيها الفندق ممتاز ولكن هناك ازعاج من اعمال صيانة او ماشابه وسألت موظف الاستقبال ولم يقدم احد اي اعتذار ، ولا يوجد عوازل صوت في الغرف
