"We had the most amazing stay and sleep at the Taj Amer in Jaipur. Upon entering we were blessed with a tikka and a necklace and greeted by staff who were most helpful.
The room was cleaned everyday, towels, gowns were changed everyday, everything was topped up everyday. All the staff were very polite, helpful, respectful and they always greeted guests.
The food was amazing, really tasty and was nice to see local cuisine available. Had great service from all the staff during the breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner.
We went to House of Ming for our last night which was excellent. The food was amazing, the service was amazing, a special thanks to Shubham in House of Ming who was there to assist, explain and advise best suited dishes to our preference. He also arranged a little birthday treat for my brother and the gave a little gift to him too.
At checkout and check in Sanjay was there to assist, he was very polite, and very helpful to our needs. At check out we was given an elephant to bring luck and prosperity which was extra special. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience at the Taj Amer."
