Lovely setting in the country

We had a very relaxing couple of days in this unique hotel set in wonderful green setting and private lake. Our only issue is that there are a number of steps to encounter to get to and from our room . My partner is recovering from a knee operation with limited mobility. Anyone with wheelchair or mobility issues may have similar issues.

Das Resort ist nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Das ist aber alles, was zu bemÀngeln wÀre. Die Anlage liegt etwas ausserhalb,mit hoteleigenen Shuttel. Sie ist in die Landschaft eingebettet. Es gibt Affen und andere Tiere die man hört und teilweise sieht. Hotellobby und Restaurant sind nicht klimatisiert, Zimmer aber ja.

Le cadre est splendide mais le service n'est pas top..... On attend longuement Ă  la rĂ©ception et on attends encore nos plats au restaurant le tout en n'Ă©tant pas servi en mĂȘme temps..... Le cadre est beau mais implique Ă©galement des petites bĂȘtes dans les chambres.... On tolĂšre les souris, cafards et lĂ©zard ou pas....

Loved the resort, but not the bed, we went to be close to Surin Islands, but because of the storm the National Park was closed, so for us who wanted snorkeling and couldn’t go, it meant there was not that much to do in the area, but I really liked the staff who were all very friendly, and helped us with our travel plans, it was certainly different from our usual travel destinations.

The Greenview Resort seriously lack maintenance. The pool was greenish and dirty, the walls around the house were full of mold, the paint in the shower was pealing, the property surrounding needs serious gardening works. The staff in the restaurant were unfriendly but the food was ok. However the continental breakfast was terrible and expensive.

Mars 2018 at Greenview

Vi bodde pÄ Superior rum pÄ den andra stora byggnaden, med en balkong samt utsikt över hela omrÄdet, det var riktigt hÀrligt. Rummet var rÀtt bra, klassiskt thai inredning, dock var sÀngen lite hÄrd men funka. Duschen var riktig suverÀn, den var som en lite vattenfall, mycket hÀrlig och varmvatten fanns det ocksÄ om man nu vill duscha varm! Frukosten var helt ok. Poolen var riktigt mysig, fans handukar pÄ plats sÄ man behövde inte ta med. Mysigt hotell för övrigt. =)

Freundliche AtmosphĂ€re zum WohlfĂŒhlen!

Wir waren 1 ganze Woche zum Erholen hier und haben uns Ă€ußerst wohl gefĂŒhlt, das gute Essen genossen, den schönen See in der Mitte der Anlage, die ansprechende Architektur der unterschiedlichen Bungalows, die ZurĂŒckgezogenheit von der umtriebigen Welt, die Ruhe und Stille trotz der nahen Landstraße, die NaturgerĂ€usche, die DĂŒfte in der Luft!

Great spot.

This place is top drawer! Great restaurant and great pool. We stayed in one of the "clay" cabins. It had a wonderful outside shower.

SĂ©jour proche de la nature

sĂ©jour en famille pendant deux jours. Nous Ă©tions deux adultes et deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans. Personnel trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous Ă©tions logĂ© dans un Bungalow Deluxe avec vue sur le lac. J'avais demandĂ© Ă  changer en raison du lit mezzanine pas sĂ©curisĂ© pour des enfants de cet age et nous avons Ă©tait surclassĂ© dans une jolie suite familiale. hĂŽtel dans la nature donc s'attendre Ă  voir des bĂȘtes (gros lĂ©zards, souris, rats) Ă  la porte de vos chambres ou sur le chemin vous menant au resto le soir. Un grand merci Ă  "NOP" qui a organisĂ© notre excursion sur une Ăźle voisine avec un bon dĂ©jeuner prĂ©parĂ© par des membres de sa famille. La journĂ©e d'excursion Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able avec les enfants qui se sont amusĂ©s Ă  chasser des crabes. Le petit dĂ©jeunĂ© est limitĂ© et pas trĂšs bon. Il faut savoir que l'hĂŽtel est Ă  4 heures de route de l'aĂ©roport de Phuket et 3 heures du port de Krabi.

Interesting setting

We stayed at Kuraburi Greenview Resort because it was near Khao Sok (national park). But at the end, even if feasible, it was further than expected. We had a 'villa' with two single be on a mezanine in addition to a double bed; it is nice when travelling with kids.

Zeer aangenaam en rustig voor heel weinig geld. Prijzen van het restaurant zijn enorm schappelijk. Heel lekker eten. Wel afgelegen locatie, niets anders in de buurt.

Mooie locatie, maar weinig te doen

In eerste instantie hadden we een huisje willen hebben, maar per ongeluk toch een hotelkamer geboekt. Dit viel niet tegen; we hadden mooi uitzicht op het meer en de kamet was mooi ingericht en erg netjes. We hebben er heerlijke avonden zitten chillen op het balkon... totdat de buurman de airco aanzette, wat een behoorlijk lawaai gaf helaas. Als je er voor de jungle heen gaat, houd er rekening emee dat je voor elk beetje jungle je een excursie moet boeken en verder is er in de omgeving weinig te doen. Wij hadden gehoopt dat er iets zoals een walkingtrail zou zijn, maar dat is er niet en Khao Sok is op anderhalf uur rijafstand. Desalniettemin wel een heerlijke plek voor een nacht of 2/3 in alle rust en natuur.

I would defenitely go again

We were pleasantly suprised by this remote place. The surroundings are perfect and the location is great for walking, swimming and sunbathing. They have some activities to do in the hotel like kanoeing, swimming pool which we enjoyed very much. My overall experince was great

Excursions exceptionelles

Hotel idéal pour ces nombreuses excursions de qualité. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits avec 2 enfants de 3 et 5 ans, et avons fait 2 excursions formidables : surin island et khao sok national park. Impossible de sortir de l'hotel sans véhicule, mais nous étions véhiculé. Les magnifiques plages de khao lak sont à 40 minutes de voiture. Hotel trÚs joli dans la jungle, belle piscine, pour les familles prévoir absolument une chambre familiale, les chambres cabin sont trop dangeureuses. Staff adorable et trÚs arrangeant.

En pleine nature, magnifique environnement

Nous avons pris une clay house pour deux nuits. Mais Ă  si je pouvais refaire mon choix je prendrais un cottage bambou, mais ce n'est qu'une affaire de goĂ»t... Le seul bĂ©mol, et ça l'hĂŽtel n'y est pour rien, l'humiditĂ©. Elle laisse sur les draps et les vĂȘtements une odeur pas trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il faut savoir que c'est l'une des rĂ©gion les plus humide de ThaĂŻlande. VĂ©hicule indispensable !!!!

very nice for short stop over no shops or beach or any where to go without taxi every where to far from airport ÂŁ50 to and from airport staff very helpful . nothing to do unless you are very energetic . myself and friend had to change hotel as it was to far out of the way we thought we were going to phuket but we were out of the way in the mountains
