"It was very clean; comfy bed, friendly service; reasonable rate, parking was good, continental bagged breakfast was great for us because we are not big breakfast eaters, and the fruit and nut bars, plus the apples and orange was perfect. Very convenient location and spacious rooms. We will be back!"

"Nice location in Prescott right at Whiskey Row. Staff friendly, room decor great. Food delicious. Enjoyed our time in the lobby bar and the trio that was entertaining the guests. Very relaxing and this hotel is beautiful for being over 100 years old."

"All was good the place coud have been cleaner but we were also aware they are remodeling. the 5th floor was done our room was very spaious and nicely remodeled. Tile floors which we loved. Nice and wonderful staff. They Bulis Casino has a nice resturant awesome! servers. The surroundings are very quiet, very pleasant."

"Clean,quiet plenty of parking. Friendly staff, and you can still get a signal for your phone internet unlike some hotels the signal is horrible. Definitely recommend, easy to get around to places."

"The property was exactly as advertised..we even saw deer and wild turkeys on the property.very quiet and relaxing. However the rooms were very well stocked as advertised BUT not very clean the floors were dirty the windows sill full of dead bugs dust in everything. Which we cleaned ourselves. We did encounter the ponytail girl that "cleans" the rooms upon check out i can tell you she did not spend enough time cleaning. Saw no cleaning solutions rags mops nothing but clean linens brought in the room. We will stay here again loved the atmosphere and quiet serenity on the property."

"The hotel is beautifully maintained. Being a historic building, it's like traveling back into the past but with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable and they have Direct TV so plenty to choices if that's what you want. The lobby area, bar, and restaurant carry that 1920s vibe and the original elevator is a must see. It's right on the edge of the courthouse/whiskey row area, making it an ideal location for shops, various food options, and entertainment. My wife and I plan on returning."

"The room was clean and for the most quiet. I was given complimentary water at check in which I very much appreciated. The only drawback was my room was directly across from the ice machine. There was a softball tournament in town and lots of guests were filling their coolers and drink containers with ice very early in the morning so it was a bit noisy."
