We loved the property but unfortunately Travelocity doesn’t have any connection to this great hotel and so they didn’t have our reservation or the money I had paid for the stay. The general manager came to meet us to inform us that they aren’t affiliated with Travelocity or Expedia. So I was definitely upset that we had this experience and had to end up paying again for the hotel stay. This doesn’t reflect the quality of the hotel and restaurant which we’re both excellent.
