"Most powerful shower I've ever been blasted by, instant hot water too.
Room ok, The hotels inability to provide a fridge even when it's for critical-for-life medicines is a bit troublesome and will probably force me to stay elsewhere when I'm back in Ayr later this year.
Breakfast is menu-ordered. Very tasty but far too small given the continental buffet options were extraordinarily limited."

"I was not happy at the first time but at least I was a wee happy when my room was changed to what it should be I paid for family room because I was with my two boy and my wife but you people gave gave me a double bed saying that my room was changed from the head office and also changed back to my family room I did not understand that story but is fine am ok at least but not at the beginning "

"Room was spotless, great shower. Bed was really comfortable. The food from the restaurant was excellent and service was great.
4 EV chargers which allowed us to charge up before going home.
Only couple of issues, I filled in online the “pre checkin” form to save time (hotels words not mine). But when I got to reception I had to complete it again.
Iron in the room was all sticky too.
Small issues, hotel was great"
