"The room was clean. The detergent used to wash the sheets set off my allergies. The apple juice dispenser was inoperative on both mornings and the orange juice dispenser was inoperative on the second morning. The ice dispenser in the breakfast area is permanently on a pallet jack, which doesn't inspire confidence. On the other hand, the basic breakfast was good and the staff was cheerful and very helpful."

"Part of this hotel is apparently used as low income housing and that was the wing that I was put in. Most of the amenities listed in the booking were not in the room and there was no TV remote. The staff were very helpful trying to get the room in order but I eventually was moved to the other wing after discovering my room had no curtains other than sheers. Stay here at your own risk."

"Excellent value! Hot Breakfast buffet was great. Just get there lot before 9am or the best selections will be all gone. Easy on and off the freeway and lots to good restaurants all around. We will stay there again."

"The room itself was very clean and nice. The bed would have been super comfortable but they need better bed frames. It shook horribly whenever my husband moved so I slept terribly. What happened to the heavy bed frames that were like attached to the wall?? Would not stay again simply because the bed moved too much. "

"terrible experience, no hot water only 1 faucet worked in shower other was was frozen stuck and would not shut off, water dripped all night, toilet seat and cover was not secure on toilet every time you opened it would fall off! i do not know how Expedia could recommend a hotel like this."

"Hotel had no common area bathroom on first floor, which would not have been important except my wife had a bathroom emergency during check-in and had to run up 18 stairs to our room on second floor and did not quite make it in time. Second floor also did not have an ice machine or vending machines. Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities (including two sitting chairs). Bathroom had a shower with exposed Sheetrock behind it such that when shower was turned on, it sprayed across the...
