The hotel is quiet as it is in a residential area while also being a very short walk to the pedestrian mall. We enjoyed our short stay."

"Dirty towel in my bathroom, hot tub not working dirty water and no closed sign to let guests know. Went for breakfast at 8:15 am (closes at 9 am) almost no hot food, dirty cutlery and no plates. My cream cheese for bagel was brown at the top because it wasn't kept in ice or fridge."

"The room was clean and staff were very nice. But overall this hotel is very overpriced for what you get. The bathroom was the nicest part. It’s just a bit outdated and run down overall. But as far as the other choices I saw in Cranbrook this was probably the nicest."
