"We came in for a Thursday night Green Bay Packer Game and had a 2 night stay minimum. Check-in was flawless and staff was overall very courteous and friendly. Our room was ok, obvious the entire property needs some upgrading. If you are a business person and need a place to work in a room, there is no such spot, you need to got to the lobby. The bed was ok, but definitely needs to have the mattress replace and it sank in the middle. The soap and shampoo that were supposed to be hanging on the shower wall, were sitting on the bathroom floor. Only one roll of toilet paper that was nearly gone. The remote control for the TV was under the bed. One towel for each person. We received no room service during our stay, maybe that is normal? Breakfast was less than what we expected. It consisted of bagels, muffins, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cereal, and coffee, nothing hot."
