"The breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip, they used fresh organic food. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us rent an ATV & get massages. They also went through a detailed map of things to do on the island with amazing suggestions. The property was very beautiful. The pool was beautiful. In terms of functionality, our toilet didn’t flush half the time, the drains were clogged, and we didn’t have hot water for our entire stay, and had to use another room to shower. The phone didn’t work, and the mini fridge was very loud in the middle of the night.
