"Our room was in desperate need of a makeover. The tub was all scratched up and the towel bar was missing. The wall paper was peeling. There was a knob missing on the credenza, I later found the knob stuffed into an extremely dusty cubby in the desk. The lobby smell was overwhelming with air fresheners. We were able to get an early check in (1.5 hours early), perhaps the room was our punishment for an early check in. Very disappointed, not worth the price!"

"We booked a suite but none on first floor so they gave us a regular king on first floor went in room water all over floor went to front dest and told check in lady she said she don’t see how there was water gave me extra towels for the water. Then the tub would not drain half full of water took pictures showed desk asked for a different room but they were full I informed Expedia they noted that hotel was going to see us but we check out"

"We came on a Wednesday and the beds were dirty, since we came in so late I went up to the staff and asked for new sheets the lady said she couldn’t find them, maybe she was new but didn’t have clean sheets for that night lucky I had our own we used the next morning I told the staff and she provided me with clean sheets. Other than that everything was good"

"Overall, the property was good value for the price. It was clean and maintained. The breakfast had lots of choices. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. I disliked the fact that I initially had to cut the stay short by one day due to a flight issue. I received a $99 refund for the night reduction. Later in the week my flight changed again. I asked to book the extra day back and then the hotel wanted to charge me $180 for the night. Keep in mind, there were 6 empty rooms...

"Door was broken , area was bad , room was dirty and smelled. refused to switch rooms told us our only option was to stay 3 nights and maintenance would fix it then. They refused to answer phone for Expedia support then lied saying we were offered another room so they could keep our money. They said if I wanted a full refund I should have expressed my displeasure in advance and cancel 24 hours prior. When notifying the onsite manager that I can’t be away of a broke door before I get there all...

"We like the location more distant from the congested town but close enough to drive there to visit. It quiet and I like the trees there with Spanish Moss. The remodel looks great."
