"Clean rooms, great staff , free breakfast can't beat it "

"Check in and out was easy. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. I liked having the fridge and microwave (thought, word to the wise its not a strong wattage) I did have an issue with the iron and they fixed the issue within 5-10 minutes after I called. There were elevator issues, which were annoying as heck, especially when you are on the 7th floor and weren't looking to go to the "gym" and had to climb up, but it is what it is... The breakfast was good,...

"There is no clock in the room. There is no microwave in the room. No breakfast buffet. My room had a coffeemaker, but others in my group did not., and hot drinks are not available in the lobby. The TV remote was difficult to use. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned, but was quickly given a different room."

"The thing we didn't like is the breafast. Everything was cold."

"The hotel is in transition so we were willing to cut them a little slack, but despite asking, we never got fresh towels or more coffee or the trash emptied in six days. Or the beds made. The room itself was adequate and we loved the soaps and shampoos."

"Arrived at 1:45 PM and was told there would be no check-in until 3:00 PM. I was unable to wait at that time so I said I'd check-in when I got back to the hotel later that night. Arrived back at the hotel at 10:15 PM. Absolutely ZERO people working anywhere in the hotel!! No one at the front desk, no one anywhere. They have a camera on saying you are being recorded. They listed 2 numbers to call for late check-ins....NO ONE answered either!! A couple who was looking for someone at the...
