This hotel is accommodating homeless people in the cold weather. ( I appreciate the need). I would have liked to know that before… my stay was diminished because I felt like I was staying at a homeless shelter and not a hotel that I paid $$ for. We won’t stay there again.

Pretty thin walls, heard neighbors “fun” in middle of night. Other neighbors door when shut would shake the whole wall. Above neighbors sounded like they were running marathons. Very loud in the room not great for light sleepers

Lots of issues with people staying here! We got here and someone was being arrested- three cop cars and a horrible shouting matching between cop and man being arrested. People living here indefinitely, a UHaul with animals and family belongings behind the hotel, lots of sketchy looking people hanging around in front. Took 45 minutes to get coffee during breakfast time, ran out of food and only front desk working the breakfast too (and vaccuming). Way understaffed! Won't stay here again.

The hotel smells like curry and mold. The dinning are was disgusting. Mold in the bathrooms. So loud you can't sleep. I cut the stay short. Soooooo nasty.

It was noisy because it was close to road. The room was not cleaned, bedding was not neat and even trash can was not emptied. I claimed ad they switched room but there were Lots of ants. They switched the room again but first impression was not good.

The rooms near the highway need the windows replaced. The traffic noise is so loud you feel you are along the side of the highway. The person working the front desk was more interested in his video game he was playing on his phone than customer service.

Well, I enjoyed my whole stay. Our room was clean, all linens were clean, the room was perfect. My back was not doing well at all. When I approached the front desk I was huffing and puffing even with my cane. The gentleman that was at the front desk took my info. He was smiley and soft spoken. I asked where to go for dinner. He explained. We were not disapointed at all. When we got into our room everything was great. I turned to go into the bathroom and I was surprised. I am sure the gent at the desk figured this room would be a plus for me. It was! The shower was a flat walk-in with a place to sit while showering. I have never used facilities like this. It was so nice. So I think that the gent at the desk decided to put me in this room for comfort. Thank you!! Well, breakfast was a good choice of food. Again everything was clean and orderly. The whole staff was wonderful. We are home now, but my back is still bad. Thank you comfort Inn. I am sure we will be back.

I like that the bathrooms and rooms were updated. The reception put us in a room close to the pool which was really nice. The pool was nice too, there were enough towels. The hotel lost water when we were there, which was unfortunate, but the staff and crew were helpful and it came back on intermittently for the rest of our stay. The only downside when we were there was that the breakfast was super limited (some pale burger patties and DIY waffle), the juice machine was broken, there was no milk or coffee creamer. The man in the front desk did not even care to look for a substitute, just flat out told us there was nothing. He just stood there checking his phone the whole time and wasn't really interested in giving people service. He looked like he hated his job.

The first room they had us in, the toilet over flowed on the first flush. Hair all over the shower and towels. They moved us to a "better" room. Well, better is a term that doesnt fit. Smelled of mold and ass. Did i mention there was no running water? Had to get water from the complimentairy jug in the front lobby to wash in the morning. The joy of coming off the road to these conditions is indescribable...i slept like a fugitive.on the run awaiting the next problem..goodtimes were had by none... avoid ar all costs..

There was no one at front desk. Other people were waiting We waited for over a half hour. I walked the whole property and no one around. Very insecure if I could take the elevator and walk floors. We picked up the phone and called both numbers that were left on front desk but they both went to busy. I also called the hotel number and no answer. We left. But every hour I called the property and no one answered. At 10 pm I got a call asking if I was coming. I explained I was there and they were not. The person told me 3 different stories of where she was. One doing laundry. I checked the laundry room. Next she said checking pool chemical. I was at the pool. There were 3 children with a women in the pool. Next she told me she was looking for kids running in the hall. I saw no kids when walking the halls. I would hope for a full refund. But she told me would have to speak to manager. Poor management lack of security
