Grand Hotel Excelsior Port Royal
"Property was being renovated. Loud drilling sounds during the day. Location is remote, the surrounding area a dusty backwater with scrawny stray dogs on the streets. Uber drivers extorted additional money to make the trip. Food just so-so. Rooms (at lest mine) barely furnished. No desk."
