"We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. "This was quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We checked in on Saturday, had to purchase our own toilet paper on Monday as housekeeping did not do anything with our room until being asked by us on Tuesday!!! Then after being asked, all they did was empty trash and leave new towels. Our keys worked intermittently and when you asked the front desk to rekey them you would’ve thought you were asking them to go above and beyond!! I could another rooms alarm clock go off every morning...

At first I thought it was mosquitoes since the weather in Arkansas is warm now. I went to take a nap in my hotel later that same day, and I see a red bug crawling on the sheets- a bed bug. The next day, my father had 2 bites on his legs. The rooms we occupied were rooms 316, 320, and 327. The hotel says that their pest control investigated the rooms and did not find...

"The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. "

"The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well.
