It is totally new property, the desing and concept is very nice. Mostly local tourism for now, absolutely stunning views and the confort rooms, since they have hot springs or hot baths is very attractive spot for families, which they were a lot with small kids everywhere, so if you want quiet and piece this won't be the place I guess.

キッズコーナーの匂いが汗かカビの匂いがすごく不快でした。旧館の方に泊まりましたがそちらもカビの匂いがしてリラックスがあまり出来ませんでした。旧館エレベータも表示パネルが壊れてて何階にいるのか分からなくなり怖かったです。客室、温泉、ディナーは飲み放題付きで良かったです。

お部屋もお風呂もステキなデザインで、楽しく滞在させてもらいました。ただ大浴場のエアコンフィルターの汚れや、レストランのトイレのライトが切れていたり、部屋のベッドライトがつかなかったり、細かいところが惜しかったです。

貸し切り風呂も4室あり、小さいこどもがいる家族にとても配慮されていた。貸し切り風呂の流しとシャワーフックが高い位置にあり過ぎるので少し低めにしていただければ助かります。素敵な旅でした。ありがとうございました

新館は新しくてめっちゃキレイだったけど、旧家館は、廊下とか改装途中なのか、埃があったりで、残念でした。部屋はキレイでしたけど‥ 料理はすごく美味しかったし、スタッフの対応も感じが良く気持ち良かったです。次回も行きたいです。今度は新館に泊まりたいです。

楽しい旅行になりました！

プールすぐそばの更衣室が温泉エリアで動線が非常に良かったです。旧館に宿泊しましたがとても綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。また、部屋の中でレストランの混み具合が把握できたり、レイトチェックアウトもワンタッチでとても良かったです。インクルーシブのホテルはとても貴重で、家族へのサプライズで伺いましたが子供たちが喜びとても良い思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

早めについてしまったんですが、対応はよかったです。気になってた天気もまぁまぁ良かったこともあり、プールに入ることもできました。ありがとうございました。一つだけ残念だなと思ったのは　夕食です。子供の食事が少ないなと感じました。フライドポテトとか唐揚げとかあれば　よかったなぁって感じです。施設はキレイでしたし、お風呂も良かった。子供の遊び場も楽しそうでした。非常に宿泊者が多い日だったと思いますが、お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

全体的に満足度は高い

旧館の西館はフロントがある東館から歩く。大浴場や売店も全て東館にある。ビュッフェ会場は東館と西館の間、連絡通路にある。食事は地の物を多く使っていて、本当に美味しい。ただ時間制ではないので、会場が広い分ピーク時には人が溢れ、カオス状態とまではいかなくても、いろいろ目立つ。テーブル上の食器類の片付けが追い付かず、欠品のおかずは補充されるのに待たなければならず、1台しかないコーヒーメーカーには行列ができる。スタッフさんが大変そうだし、落ち着いて食べたいので、個人的には時間による入れ替え制の方がよい。
