"This is a beautiful property conveniently located near Penn and the city hub. We had a two bedroom on the 33rd floor and the views were impressive. The furniture although modern was a bit worn and the bed had severe dips. There were areas of the room that felt like they could have been cleaned better but we took care of it within 10mins. We did need to change rooms because there was an overwhelming food smell coming from the unit next door. Unfortunately, opening the windows didn’t help. The second room was cleaner although many of the lamps didn’t work (burnt out bulbs). Again, the bed wasn’t great but we were only is this room one night. Parking is in the city lot next to the property. This hotel has the potential to be one of the best however beds would need to be replaced and the overall cleanliness taken up a notch. The front desk staff was amazing! "

"Slow elevators. Only 1 working. Did not explain the credits or fees very well. The staff was not very well informed. On what credits and fees were required.I had to check with multiple staff members. The valet parking was extremely slow. It took 35 minutes to get a car. When they advertised 20 to 25 minutes. My breakfast order was missed, and I had to resubmit it. The towels were very rough. I would expect softer towels at a luxury hotel"

"Very neat, excellent customer service by all staff , friendly staff and professional service. A one stop shop for everything that a guest need. My one challenge is the cost of internet per day is too high."
