Apartment was immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely. Less than 25 minutes walk to sea front.

What made this place special is the host or manager. A few days before the stay, he had tried to keep in touch with you, and during the whole stay, assisted you through, dining places, transport from and to the next stop and room assistance, etc. Any enquiries were responded within a matter of minutes, via WhatsApp. The best host I had ever encountered. You will surely have a peace of mind in his hands.

We loved pur stay at Casa Kallergi. Accommodation was amazing, everything you could wish for. Attention to details! Even hair/bath products qere of a high quality & good size. Location was brilliant. Lovely balcony with a street & sea view. Very clean & luxury feel of 5*, spacious. A bit tricky getting to the 2nd floor with suitcases. Narrow & steep stairs, but expected in historic properly. Definitely would recommend this place!

A return trip to lovely Chania and the Old Town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue was very poor Wi-Fi and therefore little TV (news)

Had a lovely stay. Staff was very helpful and informative

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Chania and very reasonably priced. Definitely a new jewel in the Old Town. Our first trip here and 48 Suites definitely made it a memorable one. You also get a bottle of Rakomelo and snacks as part of your welcome pack. The toiletries are of top quality. The host, Arirou (apologies if we spelt it wrongly) is such a lovely, very warm and hospitable person. She definitely went out of her way to make our stay so pleasurable - recommending...

Well located, clean rooms, easy check in and out…. Great bar for the evening

Fabulous small hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town. 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and shops. The owner was very welcoming and let us check in early. My friend and I stayed for one night. There were 2 double bedrooms very tastefully decorated. Tea and a coffee pod machine were very welcoming as was the water in the fridge. I don’t sleep very well, the bed was so comfortable I had a great nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking it on my next stay in...

Clean room

We stayed in Pasiphae, the Avra apartment over two levels and with a balcony overlooking the harbour. It was amazing, without a doubt one of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in. Beautifully fitted out to a high standard; enormous; amazing views from the balcony - we sat there every night till late and felt like we were part of the buzz but in a VIP area! And the soundproofing was completely effective at keeping out noise from the local bars. Plus daily service from a very friendly...
