"It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Despite being a single traveller, all services were impeccable, especially the breakfast and dinner service which is second to none. I was served the best meals during my 5 day stay. The hot springs were also very satisfying and I would definitely return."

"Shin San is amazing. He was helpful with everything! There was also an electric bike that he let me use for free. The udon restaurant nearby is also amazing. Like a park setting. I recommend this ryokan highly. "

"床に髪の毛が落ちていて、とても自分たちのものとは思えなかったです。ただ部屋の広さや静かさ、大浴場(きれいさも含めて)には大満足。スタッフさんの対応もスマートながら丁寧さに欠けることなく感じが良かったです。部屋の洗面台が欠けていたり、トイレが狭かったり、水の流れが悪かったのは残念でした。"

"お風呂も清潔さも大変良かったです。 お料理は地元の素材を使っていて、良いのですが 前菜が今ひとつ、平面的だったのと デザートのプリンが人工的でした。 デザートは、シンプルで不変的な物を 出したらいいと思います。 お酒は、凄く良心的です。 レストランにいらした 燕さん。笑顔も自然で、料理の説明も 滑らかで、おもてなしの気持ちが伝わってきました。寛いでお食事出来ました。 ありがとう。"
