Extremely well situated.

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. Free welcome drink every day with unlimited beer some nuts and candy. Never seen any hotel this generous.

Staff brilliant location even better most comfortable bed I have had among my many trips to Japan small scuffs and bits of wallpaper peeling here and there but that doesn’t take away from how comfortable and safe I felt as a solo female traveler in this hotel I would highly recommend it

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! It was absolutely wonderful and in the best location. I had the best time and the hotel really made the trip. Spacious rooms and a great bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Great hotel, amazing details throughout and first class service. Rooms are small but it is Tokyo, facilities, services (all the bathroom amenities you need, toothbrushes, shavers, etc. And free bottles of water and coffee, etc everyday) are excellent. The best thing about this hotel, location! couple of minutes walk to the nearest train station which is only 5 mins to Akihabara and Ueno (to the east) and 12 mins to Shinjuku and Shibuya (to the west). Well presented and clean

I have stayed here several times now. It is a great location, only a couple of short blocks from two stations, in an area full of restaurants, shopping, supermarkets etc. This time I also had the breakfast buffet which was quite good with lots of choice. This hotel seems to be hosting more foreign tour groups now so is busier than it used to be. Clean, reasonably comfortable beds, lots of help yourself amenities in the lobby, staff may speak some English and are very helpful.

Loved the onsen to relax at the end of a busy day. The air con meant we were comfortable after a hot humid day. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great, right next to two train stations. Fairly quiet area compared to other options.
