"Nice hotel in downtown Portsmouth NH. Friendly staff. Easy access to Market Street, the tourist area for food and shopping. Not too far from harbor if interested. Offers breakfast for 15.50ea which is an upscale continental breakfast only. OK but nothing fancy."

"In town for a funeral, got there way too early for check in. Staff at the desk let us check in with an early fee at 3:30 am and we didn't have to check out at 11 then check back in at 4. He was our hero for sure. Thank you Sir "

"This was an amazing place to stay. The breakfast was good and the view from our room of the ocean was beautiful. The grounds were beautiful as well. The parking was a little tight at our house but we all made it Its a old home restored and beautiful. The huge tub in our room was wonderful after a long day. The staff could not have been more friendlier."
