"Every single staff member that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We had a room with two double beds and it was quite large, as well as an extra-large closet. Iron and hairdryer were provided in the room, as well as coffee maker w/coffee. Included in our stay was a continental breakfast and one well drink from the bar each night. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant - it was amazing! There are also\convenient coffee and dining options within walking distance. If you are looking for a nice coffee shop nearby - try Roasts & Toasts around the corner on 17th Street/Pennsylvania. Also, a nice happy hour menu can be found around the corner at Park & Co."

"The staff was amazingly helpful and pleasant. The food from the Apple Blossom restaurant was delicious and presentation was always eye-pleasing. Close enough to the Denver Conference Center. The only reservation I had is with the immediate surrounding area of the hotel which I didn't feel very safe and so made sure I was at the hotel by a certain hour. Otherwise, lovely hotel, nice decor and great room service. Room was modern, cleaned freshly daily and housekeeping was very personable and helpful. Lovely overall hotel experience."

"Property ia beautiful. Brand new! Smart room with electronic shades, which I loved. Jaylen at deak was was excepional. Attentive and very personable. Unfortunately when I checked.in, was given a room that has not been cleaned. It was remedied immediately and I was offered a treat out of the store for my incovenience. And the only other issue.was that the tub did not drain out. I reported.rhis do the front desk. Loved the fireplace on 1at floor & the fact that there was coffee & tea, 24/7. "

"Great hotel. Perfect location. Beware valet parking is $62 and no guarantee a place will be available. Parking around aid cheaper but you will not be able to go in and out. "
