"Extremely clean and quiet. Beautiful rooms. Very spacious. The breakfast wasn’t as nice as some other Home2Suites that I’ve been at but it was adequate."

"Was at the facility for ISU orientation; not a vacation, which is a totally different mindset. Room was good, not great (could have been a little cleaner / fresher) but was fine. Weather was awful (lot of storms) … hotel was great from proximity to ISU and staff were helpful and amenities were good for the occasion."

"The room was adequate, dated and clean but not a deep clean due to the age. The breakfast nook was the worst I have ever walked into. It was dirty and the appliances were dirty. I got a sealed yougart and left. From what I could tell the quality of the food was very low."

"The front desk staff were very friendly. This trip I needed to use their laundry facility which was free. It was very clean too"

"Overall, the room was OK for the money. Some caulking around the windows seems needed, because ants came in and attacked our caramel popcorn that was left out. The air conditioning worked well, and cooled the room nicely, but it let out a musty smell at times. The breakfast was fine."

"The breakfast provided was poor, with very limited options. There was cold cereal- no milk for two days. Waffles- no butter, and an empty syrup container. Most days I didn’t eat there. "

"The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!"

"We were first given keys to an occupied room. They upgraded our room for the inconvenience but I didn’t want a room with a jet tub. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The breakfast was extremely limited, cold, and poor."

"I initially was put in a room that had a tub faucet that would not shut off once I turned it on there was no phone in the room couldn’t get the refrigerator door open, but they did switch me to another room and it was much better"
