"We were very excited to be back in Bled and arrived an early for check in. Reception were helpful and allowed us to stash bags and arranged towels so we could jump straight in the pool!! Our room was, however, a little disappointing as the balcony was tiny and we could not really use it so we discussed and negotiated an upgrade which was AMAZING! The hotel is in a prime location and we had the best 3 day stay"

"Hotel Park Lake Bled couldn’t have been located any better for convenience and scenery. They had a superb free breakfast with choices for anyone’s taste. We were there during hot weather and A/C kept up, but barely. Beds were firmer than we like. One day we had to call reception because housekeeping shorted us on bath towels. Park’s swimming pool was wonderful with a great view. All staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was at a premium in the area and it was nice had parking available. Our only problem is Lake Bled is a little over-commercialized, both nights loud booming music could be heard through closed windows. At least it stopped at 11:00 p.m."

"Hotel was in a fab location, close to the lake and right opposite the bus station Perfect! As we travelled there by bus My daughter had her wedding ceremony there and the staff were amazing Our room was smaller than we anticipated but still adequate- very clean and the bed was comfortable Front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions we put to them Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to returning again at some point in the future"

"The staff at the reception were kind and friendly with us.Breakfast was exceptional but it opens 6:30 am to 9:30am which is fine for skiing but in the summer it could be open till 10:30 so you can have a relaxed morning. When you first enter the room it is nice and clean but they don’t clean your room when you’re out."

"Beautiful hotel. Our room faced the promenade side of the lake and got the sun in the afternoon. Views were stunning, its a gorgeous place. Breakfast was excellent. Loads of variety, enough to keep you full until dinner. The private beach and allocated sunbeds for the duration was a particular highlight as was the beach bag you were given to use. Staff were nice, everything was clean and I really enjoyed it."

"Nice hotel, great location, nice restaurants just outside. Hotel had a bit quirky decor, but everything was very clean. The staff were very helpful all throughout. We had the quadruple room as we were a family of 4, nice spacious rooms, kids loved the big bed with the curtains. The breakfast was nice, good variety although pastries were a bit dry, and coffee wasn't the best. Both of our connected rooms had aircon, which was nice, however the set up was a 1 panel on the wall to control temperature and then an old aircon unit at waist level, both had a really bright lights when turned on, so was a bit tricky to go to sleep. Overall we enjoyed the stay, thank you to the staff for being so helpful"

"Great location, just have to walk down the steps to the middle of the town. Beds were soft and comfortable. You use your key to get into the pool are which was huge and a big slide for kids. Came in handy in July after hiking!!! Breakfast was a good selection and quality. Would go back!"

"The staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, were uniformly excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with the usual buffet and omelettes available. Parking in their underground garage was very convenient given the 95° heat. I would say there were two negative things. First, heavy construction is going on in the hotel. There is lots of noise between 9 and 5 PM. That is not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com website or anywhere else, and it should be. People who are sensitive to that noise would find it probably unbearable during the day. At night, the room was very quiet. Also, there was no coffee in the room or tea, They did provide a free cup of coffee if you signed into Google and gave them a review. That is a ridiculous requirement for a free cup of coffee. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit on a quick trip and back to Vienna and would stay there again."
