"The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We did stay over the 4th of July and were excited when we were told we could see the fireworks from our balcony. I also called the day of to double check and they said yes, absolutely, you'll be able to see the show from your balcony. I called a 3rd time since I did some Google searches and I made sure they were aware our room faced the Lexington- yep, you can see the fireworks. Well the fireworks started and we could only hear them, not see them. We had to go out to the hallway by the elevators to watch, which is just not the experience we were expecting. However they apologized and comped our parking and gave us drink vouchers for the inconvenience, however it was our last night and we didn't get to use our vouchers. Other than that, great stay and location, but if you are there for fireworks, its best to leave your room unless your rooms faces the bay directly."
