"We had a great two-night stay at this hotel, checked in by a young lady at the front desk named Sandy whose friendliness and helpfulness are unsurpassed in any other hotel we've stayed at. Our room was spotless and everything worked. Beds were comfortable, linen was fresh. Free breakfast in the lobby was better than most, and free coffee was always available. This Comfort Inn has become a go-to place for us when we're in the Syracuse area, and we'll be back."
