"The beds were clean as were the bathrooms but the facility did seem a little outdated. Our room had a broken door to the outside which was weird as we almost didn’t see it because the door was hidden with a wall of curtains. Staff seemed stressed and were out of amenities like extra blankets."

"I was there for a short stay before heading to the airport. Loved that I could have a glass of wine by the many fire pit areas and read a book the evening before flying out. Gorgeous and relaxing before a 3:00 am departure. Breakfast (muffins and fresh fruit, as well as coffee) available before 3am and was very thoughtful. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent—perfect for a first trip to Spokane, with Spokane Falls and Riverfront Park within walking distance."

"Lily was great at the front desk. Room was nice. But floor was wet and still smelled strongly of chemicals after a very recent carpet shampoo. This was especially uncomfortable because of having young kids. Another criticism, though not as important, is that the breakfast area got extremely crowded in the am. That room is too small, with not enough tables and chairs. "

"Our stay was ok. Check in was good. Room was ok and very quiet. It was clean but dark. The walls are painted a dark slate with similar colour blinds and tiles in the bathroom. It had a pool view but being tucked into a corner behind an access ramp made it feel very dark, even with the sun in the morning shining in. The beds are a little soft and the furnishings are heavily scratched and need to be resurfaced. Restaurant is excellent and we highly recommend it. Location is great for access to downtown and shopping."

"Everything was very clean neat amenities were simply enough and sad to say I could not have breakfast. I had to leave too early, but had an early trip to the airport with no problem by hotel shuttle …very comfortable room."
