"This place is a good place to stay and the only critique is the beds are a little bit rough. A €50 mattress topper on Amazon would fix the problem. That’s just my feedback. Each apartment has a private room that’s rented out and each room has its bathroom with a private shower and toilet and sink. The only thing that shared is the kitchen. I would much rather stay in a place at this then stay in a hostel. Overall, I will give it a 4.5 out of five. Just one small area of improvement is the bed."

"Big building complex. I initially could not find it because Google Maps showed it on the wrong side of the street. If you look on the correct side of the street, you cannot miss it. Parking is 1.5 blocks away at the City Hall parking garage. Copley Court gives a discount code to guests that reduces 24-hour parking from $45 to $18.50. Most of the main attractions in the city are within walking distance."

"The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. "Staff was very friendly and accomodating, which is the most important point for me. Bonus points for the gym. There is a kitchen available to make meals and watch TV. I liked the location as well - calm, quiet and with public transport nearby. "

"I didn't realize this was a student dorm facility that apparently they rent out during the summer months. No air conditioning in the room and it was quite warm in there. Not much in the area in regard to dinning or anything else. Lots of students around being loud at night. Check-in was interesting because it's not like a regular hotel.
