Excellent value for money, the location is perfect. Very clean.

Excellent communication. Customer service superb from all staff wothoit exception.amazing breskfast. Great location. Room has everything you need. We have stayed previously.

Lovely stay, super clean accommodation and site.

Hand picked vintage furniture and decorations. The room was amazing and spotlessly. Clean highly recommend this hotel.

Expensive but high quality. Staff great and hotel facilities what you would expect Only one bar and restaurant but handy for the beachfront with plenty of choice One thing to watch is car parking is very expensive at €45 a night. Shame to rip off high value customers

An absolutely lovely place to stay. Our family really enjoyed it.

Overall, the hotel is great; the staff are friendly, the continental breakfast was good with many choices, there was secure Ironman storage for bikes and other baggage, and the location was not far from 'green' lower cost parking. The bathroom extractor fan did not work but this did not impact on the really hood shower.

Clean, tidy, polite staff and comfy bed.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely young lady who helped us with our bags and made us feel incredibly welcomed. She began to tell us about the history of the hotel and show us some of its rooms which were absolutely stunning due to the new owners redesigning from top to bottom. While our bags were on their way up to our room we were relaxing in the bar talking to our host and enjoying a complementary glass of cava. This was just the perfect start to a relaxing birthday retreat. Our...

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). Then when checking in online, we were asked to pay an extra price for a cot. That's like...

Cannot think of one flaw and I've stayed at hotels all over the world. Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, only to be matched by the warmth of the hotel staff and the character of the rooms. I was going to stay in an AirBnb (I try to avoid chain hotels) but watched the movie "In Bruges" and saw a great deal on Expedia. It ended up being a brilliant decision. Staff are extremely warm, even bringing tea/waffles to my room very late at night. Only regret is I could only stay one night. Will...

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Breakfast there was plenty of choice and all produce were good quality. The brownies and Panna cotta are the best i've ever tasted.

Brilliant stay!

Fabulous place to stay. We were in the newer part of the hotel -- possibly a new building, or a refurbished old one -- but it had been thoughtfully designed and beautifully put together. The walkway to get there went outside, and was only partially covered -- so you might get wet in the rain, although I noticed a stack of umbrellas at reception! Everything else was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and included three huge blocks of Belgian chocolate and several bottles of fizz, if you wanted...

Brilliant Christmas stay, great staff

Beautiful hotel, great location and the staff were very helpful. The lift is quite small and the stairs very steep therefore maybe tricky for those with mobility issues. We loved it and will definitely return

For us this was a perfect stay, such a treat. The hotel is spotless, the decor faultless and the bed was the most comfortable we've ever stayed away from home in. My husband had the all clear from cancer the week before and was given the thumbs up to travel so we needed a quiet break and this hotel ticked all the boxes. It's quiet central location to the main town is ideal and it's in a very quiet location with a canal right outside the front. The staff were all so welcoming without being...
