"We had a large group that stayed and we had a great time and hotel staff and property were great!"

"My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel."

"My top values in a property are cleanliness, a nice shower, comfortable bed. This one hit all of those. We stayed 3 nights for a Royals baseball game and it was about 15 minutes from the stadium. Highly recommend. Has a beautiful exterior and interior, loved that we got to stay in a historical building with tasteful modern choices. The in room lighting was nice. Soft towels and a great bed. When I interacted with anyone, from front desk to custodial staff, they all look like they truly enjoy...
