Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. When we sought technical assistance with the resort’s app at the welcome desk, we weren't given a solution; instead, we were met with a misleading high-pressure invitation to a timeshare presentation. I would never have booked this location had it been clearly disclosed that the priority here is timeshare sales rather than guest relaxation. Dining & Health Issues The logistical hurdles with the app meant we missed out on reservations for the main restaurant. We turned to the pool grill, where I ordered a BBQ sandwich that arrived dry and burnt. Regrettably, I ate it anyway—an error that cost me the next two days of my trip due to illness.
