"PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. My stay was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures. The beach itself is beautiful, but the property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The room smelled like sewage - I agree with other reviewers who have described it as "staying in Alcatraz." "Hier hat nichts zu den Fotos gepasst. Wir hatten uns extra für das teuere Hotel entschieden, leider eine Fehlauswahl. Die Anlage ist runtergekommen, die Zimmer ebenso. Realität und Bilder auf den Buchungsplattformen habe nichts miteinander zu tun. Aussendusche und Duschbereich einfach nur alt und auch dreckig. "Room was gorgeous and exceeded all our expectations. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Location of it being away from the main area of phi phi is amazing - so much less crowded and so peaceful. It is a hike to the main town - about 30 minutes, so be prepared for that if you plan on doing anything near the pier. The private beach was amazing! "

"Die Lage am Ba Kao Bay war sehr gut, eine ruhigere Ecke auf Koh Phi Phi und auch das personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war unser Bungalow sehr heruntergekommen. Vor allem das Badezimmer war schlecht ausgestattet, die Toilette war nicht dicht - somit ist das Abwasser nach jeder Spülung ausgelaufen. "I highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxed . Beautiful views and nature sounds .. we had a massage by the beach and the restaurant had delicious food.. there was only a few rude staff but other staff made up for them .. we left a few items behind and rhey made we didn’t leave without them .. book the tour with the speed boat we had the best experience with them.. book this hotel if you appreciate nature "
