"Die Lage am Ba Kao Bay war sehr gut, eine ruhigere Ecke auf Koh Phi Phi und auch das personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war unser Bungalow sehr heruntergekommen. Vor allem das Badezimmer war schlecht ausgestattet, die Toilette war nicht dicht - somit ist das Abwasser nach jeder Spülung ausgelaufen. "It's very uphill bungalow. Only young people can go there. Elderly people shoud not choose this hotel. There are no transportation at all in this island. Guest should arrange a carrier to bring theirs luggages from port to hotel before arrival with hotel. Simple breakfast. Just toast, instant coffee and fruit. Only one thing good is staff."

"Great staff! I accidentally booked the wrong type of room and they fixed it for me free of charge!!! Very professional staff. The batteries died in our door lock and they promptly replaced them after they checked in the guests waiting in line. Our bum gun also didn't work. They also fixed that right away. Very attentive. The rooms themselves are a little old and moldy though. The staff more than makes up for it. "
